How can I do if I forgot my password?

Step 1: Login to your account by clicking HERE, then select Forgot your password?

Step 2: The page will be shown up as below, please enter your email address and press the SUBMIT button

Step 3: Please check your email, junk box to get this email. Following that, select Reset your password button to navigate to Reset account password page.

Step 4: Fill out a new password for your account and then click to RESET PASSWORD to navigate to your account page.
