I ordered a set of 2 tumblers and only received one, what's wrong?

We have also received a significant amount of feedback from customers who have encountered the same issue. To address your concerns, please allow Wander Prints to verify the problem. Our company only sells individual tumblers, not sets. As you can easily notice, the following picture indicates the front and back sides of our product. Our purpose is to make it easier for customers to visualize the preview of the entire product as well as compare the product on our website and in real life. 

Please be assured that we have no intention of misleading our customers, whom we always put first.

To avoid any such occurrences, we kindly request that you review your order information carefully before making a purchase. If you intend to purchase a set of two tumblers, kindly adjust the quantity to 2.
