I. Finding your answers through our Help Center page

The quickest and easiest way to find your answer is to visit our HELP CENTER page.



You can find your answers and probably the basic issues can be solved via this page all by yourselves. By checking many articles on this page, you will learn more about how to place or modify/cancel the order, locate your package, find product information or product guide and care, how to pay online, and much more information.

1. If you have a problem with your order, please fill in the form HERE and let us know the reasons that you want us to support.

  • Modify/edit or cancel your order: After placing your order, if your customization is wrong, you want to change the design, or do not want it, we will help you to modify or cancel your order. 
  • Locate your package: You can follow the tracking information of your package
  • Problem with tracking: When you find out your package is not delivered, tracking has been stopped to update, tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, change your address, etc.
  • Not as described: After receiving your packages, contact us if the item is not as described, damaged during shipping, wrong custom/size, etc.
  • Find product information: Before placing an order, if you have any questions about the product that does not have any information on product details, please let us know and we will provide information about it.
  • Transaction issue: Having trouble with your payment
