If you have a problem with the wrong custom/size, damaged, or low-quality items, you can visit the Contact Us page to request a replacement item or a refund back to your account.
In case you have defective items, please provide us with photos that show the defective issues clearly. Wander Prints agents will review your request and provide the most reasonable offer for you.
In most cases, you can choose between a replacement (with the same processing time with the original order) or a refund back to your account and Wander Prints will proceed with your preferred option.

However, if the replacement order you received is still wrong or damaged, we will support you with a refund right away.
