How can I get replacement item?

If you have a problem with the wrong custom/size, damaged, or low-quality items, to receive a replacement/refund, please provide us some information

1. Photos of your item you received

2. Shipping label

3. If it is apparel, please provide us the picture with the t-shirt label

In case you have defective items, please provide us with photos that show the defective issues clearly. 

In most cases, you can choose between a replacement (with the same processing time with the original order) or a refund back to your account and Wander Prints will proceed with your preferred option. 

NOTE: We will support a refund within 30 days after the date your package is delivered. You can check our Refund policy HERE

However, if the replacement order you received is still wrong or damaged, we will support you with a refund right away.
