Do I need to pay a shipping cost for a replacement item?

In case you have just received broken/damaged, wrong items, or low-quality items, we will resend you a new item without an extra fee. 

For some cases, we will send you the replacement item with an additional fee (including shipping fee or difference fee), such as:

• Change size
• Change to different items
• Change custom

NOTE: We will charge an additional fee if the mistake is not our faults.
