How to get my refunds or replacement?

Wanderprints offers a 30-day Full Refund (from invoice date) and a One-Year Limited Warranty for replacements if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Because our products are personalized, we have a "No Need to Return" policy—simply email support@wanderprints.com with photos of the issue to start your claim.


1. Our Warranty & Refund Policy

We stand behind our quality with two main options for manufacturing or shipping errors:

  • 30-Day Full Refund: Eligible within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • One-Year Replacement: Eligible for up to one year if the item is faulty or damaged.

You are eligible for a claim if:

  • Merchandise is faulty, damaged, or inoperable.

  • Items are missing from your order.

  • The size, color, or customization is incorrect compared to the order you placed.

  • The product does not match our website descriptions.


2. How to Request (No Return Needed)

To save you time and money, you do not need to ship items back. Please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Evidence: Visit our Contact us page or email support@wanderprints.com.

  2. Required Details: Provide a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Photos: Attach clear photos of the items received (including the Shipping Label on the package for verification).

  4. Confirmation: Wait for our support team to confirm the resolution.

⚠️ Note: Our warranty policy is applicable only once per order.


3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow time for the funds to reach your original payment method:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.


4. Exceptions & Limitations

We cannot offer a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the item or want to change the design after it has been produced.

  • Customer Errors: Providing an incorrect shipping address or wrong custom information (e.g., wrong name, hair color, or size).

  • Expired Warranty: Requesting a refund after the 30-day period.

  • Mishandling: Damage caused by the customer after receiving the product.
