What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

Once we have completed the refund, the amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-5 business days with PayPal and more than 10 business days with your credit card, depending on your bank's process. 

After that time, in case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance. The transaction may be held up by the bank for a variety of reasons.
