What do I do if a part of my order is missing?

If you are missing an item, please check your Shipping Confirmation email first. Orders with multiple items (e.g., a Mug and a Blanket) are often shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. Each package has its own tracking number. If all packages show as "Delivered" but an item is still missing, contact support@wanderprints.com with photos of the items received and the shipping label.


1. Check for Separate Shipments

We understand it can be frustrating to receive an incomplete order, but there is usually a simple reason:

  • Multiple Facilities: We produce different products in specialized facilities. For example, a Canvas and a T-shirt may be produced and shipped from different locations.

  • Tracking Numbers: Check your email for multiple tracking numbers. If one item is still "In Transit," it will arrive in a different box on a different date.

2. Check Your Packaging Thoroughly

Before reaching out, please double-check the packaging:

  • Stacked or Nested: Small items (like Ornaments or Metal Sign) may be tucked inside larger items or stacked together so closely that they appear as one.

  • Clingy Materials: Some materials may stick together. Please carefully separate and unfold all items to ensure nothing is hidden inside.


3. How to Report a Missing Item

If you have confirmed that there are no additional tracking numbers and your item is truly missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not Throw Away the Packaging: We need to see the original box/bag you received.

  2. Take Photos: Capture clear photos of:

    • All items you actually received.

    • The Package’s Cover including the detailed Shipping Label (this helps us identify which facility packed your order).

  3. Contact Us: Email support@wanderprints.com or use our [Contact Us] form with your Order ID.


4. Our Resolution Policy

Once our team verifies the missing item through your photos:

  • Free Replacement: We will immediately send the missing item to production at no extra cost to you.

  • Refund: If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund for that specific item to your original payment method.

⚠️ Reminder: Per our policy, please report any missing items within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full resolution.
