To track your package, visit our Track Order page and enter your Tracking Number or Email. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after production. If your tracking number hasn't updated for more than 5 days, please contact us at support@wanderprints.com for a status check.
1. How to track your order
You will received Tracking Number via your email

You can easily check the real-time status of your delivery through our official tracking tool:
Go to the Track Order page
Enter your Order ID (e.g., #JGFD6544) or the Email used for the purchase.
Click "Track" to see your shipping progress and carrier details (USPS, DHL, etc.).
2. Delivery Timeline (What to expect)
Since Wanderprints products are personalized and handcrafted, your order goes through two stages:
Production Time: 3 - 7 business days (customizing, printing, and quality checking).
Shipping Time: 7 - 12 business days (depending on your location).
Total Estimated Delivery: Usually within 10 - 20 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Why is my tracking not updating?
Don't worry if you don't see movement immediately!
Status: "Pre-shipment" or "Label Created": This means your item is finished and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.
International Shipping: If your package is traveling between countries, tracking may not update until it passes through customs and is scanned by your local post office.
Standard Gap: It is normal for tracking to stay the same for 3-5 business days.
4. When should I contact Support?
Please reach out to us at support@wanderprints.com if:
Your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days.
The delivery date has passed the estimated timeframe.
Your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received anything.
5. [IMPORTANT] Shipping Address Check
If your package is taking longer than expected, please double-check your shipping address in your Order Confirmation email. If you notice a typo, contact us immediately.
