When will my order process and ship?

Every Wander Prints item is made-to-order, meaning it is printed specifically for you. Total delivery time consists of Processing Time (3 - 7 business days) plus Shipping Time (7 - 12 business days for the USA; longer for international). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

1. Processing Time (Production)

Because your items are personalized, they require a dedicated production period:

• Standard Processing: 3 - 7 business days.

• Order Modifications: If you request a change to your design or address, please note that production time will be extended by an additional 1 - 2 days.

• What happens: This stage includes design verification, high-quality printing, and a final quality check before packaging.

2. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Once processing is complete and your package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7 - 12 business days (Approximately 99% of US orders arrive on time).

• International: 7 - 12 business days (Approximately 97% arrive on schedule; however, please allow extra time for customs-related delays in certain regions).

Note: Shipping time does not include the 3 - 7 business days required for processing.

3. Expedited Shipping Options (US Domestic Only)

For customers in the USA, we offer faster shipping methods for specific items (such as Mugs and Apparel):

• Express Shipping: Delivered within 3 - 5 business days after production is completed.

• 2-DAY Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days after production is completed.

Important: Expedited shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If you wish to upgrade to these options after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package is prepared for dispatch.

• Please allow 3 - 5 days for the tracking status to update once the carrier receives the package.

5. Important Delivery Reminders

• Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Missing details (like apartment or suite numbers) can lead to delivery failures or returns.

• PO Box Deliveries: If shipping to a PO Box, please include the full Zip Code (Zip+4 or 5-digit) to ensure successful delivery.

• Potential Delays: While most packages arrive on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, international customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.
