How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order goes through two stages: Processing Time (3 - 7 business days) and Shipping Time (7 - 12 business days for the USA; longer for international locations). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your personalized gift leaves our facility.

1. Processing Time (Production)

Since every Wanderprints item is uniquely handcrafted and personalized just for you, we need time to ensure it is perfect:

• Standard Processing: 3 - 7 business days.

• Order Modifications: If you submit a request to change your design, size, or address, please allow an additional 2 - 4 business days for our team to update the production file. 

• During Peak Seasons: Processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas).

• What happens: This stage includes design verification, high-quality printing, and careful quality control.

2. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:

• United States: 7 - 12 business days.

• Outside the USA: Delivery usually takes longer depending on your local carrier and customs processing (typically 10 - 20 business days).

⚠️ Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

• Package Protection: We highly recommend selecting this at checkout to protect your order against being lost or damaged during transit.

4. Tracking Your Progress

• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

• Please Note: It may take 3-5 business days for the tracking status to update after you receive the link. This is a normal part of the carrier's sorting process.

5. Important Reminders

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Wanderprints is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

• Multiple Packages: If you ordered different types of products, they may be shipped separately to ensure you receive each item as soon as it is ready.
