You can modify your order details (such as size, color, or personalization text) within 2 hours of purchase. After this 2-hour window, your order is locked for production and cannot be modified.
1. If you are within the 2-hour window

Fill in your order information and New Size, Color, or Personalization Text
At Email Subject, choose I need to cancel my order I just placed or I need to edit my order I just placed
You will receive a new confirmation email with the updated details.
2. If the 2-hour window has passed
At Wanderprints, we begin the production of your personalized item immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Policy: Once the 2-hour mark is missed, we cannot change the design, size, or custom text.
Why? Each item is unique to your request. Materials are already cut and printed, making it impossible to reuse them for another order.
3. Important: Regarding Email Communications
To ensure your requests are processed, please note:
Official Channel ✔: All modification requests must be sent directly to support@wanderprints.com.
Avoid Marketing Emails ❌: Do NOT reply to promotional or automated marketing emails. These are unmonitored addresses, and our team will not receive your message. We are not responsible for delays caused by messages sent to incorrect addresses.
4. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after 2 hours:
Please email support@wanderprints.com immediately with the subject: "URGENT: Address Change #[Order Number]".
We will try our best to intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse, but this is not guaranteed.
