You can update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. To do this, please visit our Contact Us page immediately and select the subject "I need to change my shipping address". After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee any changes as the order may have already entered production.
1. The 2-Hour Window for Changes
To ensure your personalized gift reaches you as fast as possible, our system sends orders to production quickly.
Within 2 Hours: We can easily update your street address, city, or zip code.
After 2 Hours: Changes are not guaranteed. If the order has already been printed or shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
2. How to Request an Address Update
On Desktop (PC):
Go to the Footer at the bottom of the page.
Under "CUSTOMER SERVICE", click Contact Us.
Fill in your email and select Subject: "I need to change my shipping address".
Provide your Order ID and the New Address in the message box.
Click Submit.

On Mobile Phone:
Tap the Menu (three lines) on the top left.
Scroll to the bottom for Contact Us.
Choose the address change subject from the list.
Enter your new details and tap Submit.
3. What happens if my order has already shipped?
If your package is already with the courier:
We cannot change the address from our end.
You may try to contact the local carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.) once the package reaches your local area to request a redirection, though this depends on the carrier's policy.
