Wander Prints fully recognizes and strictly complies with European Union consumer protection regulations, including the Digital Contracts Directive (EU) 2023/2673. We are committed to ensuring a transparent shopping experience for all our European customers.

The EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Exception Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal (the right to cancel a purchase without giving a reason) does not apply to specific categories of goods.

• Exemption Rule: Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized are legally exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

• Application: Since every product at Wander Prints is custom-made, uniquely printed, and personalized according to your specific selection (names, photos, custom designs), these items cannot be returned or cancelled under the standard 14-day cooling-off period once production begins.

Order Cancellation Timeframe (Cut-off Time) To accommodate accidental orders, we provide a limited window for cancellations before automated manufacturing starts.

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it.

• After 2 Hours: Once this window closes, your order is automatically transmitted to our production facility. At this stage, materials are allocated, and custom printing begins. Consequently, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
