EU Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Wander Prints fully recognizes and strictly complies with European Union consumer protection regulations, including the Digital Contracts Directive (EU) 2023/2673. We are committed to ensuring a transparent shopping experience for all our European customers.

The EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Exception Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal (the right to cancel a purchase without giving a reason) does not apply to specific categories of goods.

• Exemption Rule: Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized are legally exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

• Application: Since every product at Wander Prints is custom-made, uniquely printed, and personalized according to your specific selection (names, photos, custom designs), these items cannot be returned or cancelled under the standard 14-day cooling-off period once production begins.

Order Cancellation Timeframe (Cut-off Time) To ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, automated manufacturing begins immediately after an order is submitted.

• Cancellation: Because all items are custom-made and personalized to each customer's specifications, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed. 

• Order Modifications (2-Hour Window): If you made an error in your order details (such as design choices, custom text, or shipping address), you may request modifications within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us via our Contact Us page. 

• After 2 Hours: Once this 2-hour window closes, your order is locked in production, materials are allocated, and custom printing begins. Consequently, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
