Replacing special characters while placing orders

Modified on Tue, 26 Sep, 2023 at 3:03 AM

Wander Prints takes pride in being a global retailer that offers shipping to customers all around the world. Therefore, there are instances where orders may encounter difficulties and fail due to the presence of special characters.

Here are a few examples of special characters:

1. To provide some examples, let's discuss a few situations that have occurred when special characters are used during the order placement process.

- Original font used for the product:

  • In our store, we utilize various fonts for different products. However, certain fonts may not support or display special characters correctly, resulting in the appearance of square shapes for those characters.

- The address may be unknown while containing special characters:

  • We have received feedback indicating that a significant number of orders were not successfully delivered due to the inclusion of special characters in the shipping address. It appears that certain shipping carriers do not support or recognize these special characters, leading to delivery issues.

2. To avoid these unexpected failures of shipping or imperfect products, please follow our instructions below

- Check the preview carefully before placing the order. This will help you to see if the product can recognize the special characters or not

- Using the shipping address written in the Latin Alphabet will help the shipping process without any inconvenience

- If the order has already been placed, please kindly fill in THIS FORM to modify your order within 2 hours after placing it to change the font immediately
