Why can't I place my order at checkout?

1. Common Reasons & Quick Fixes

⚠️ Payment Issues & Declined Cards

This is the most frequent reason a transaction fails. Please ensure you are using an approved payment method.

  • Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • Unaccepted Methods: Personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD), or Visa Gift Cards.

  • What to do: Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Make sure your account balance is sufficient and your bank allows international/cross-border digital purchases.

- Invalid or Incomplete Shipping Address
