To find your local carrier's contact info, go to our [Track Order] page and click "View on carrier site". On the carrier's official page, look for the "Last-mile Tracking Number" or "Local Tracking Number". Use this second number on the website of your local post office (like USPS or Royal Mail) to see detailed delivery updates and their contact phone number.
1. Original Tracking vs. Last-Mile Tracking
When your order travels internationally, it often uses two different tracking numbers:
Original Tracking: Tracks the journey from our warehouse to your country.
Last-Mile Tracking (Local): Tracks the journey from your local sorting center to your front door. This is the number you need to contact your local delivery person.
2. How to find the Last-Mile Tracking Number
If our tracking page doesn't show the local carrier's phone number, follow these steps:
Go to the Track Order page and enter your info.
Click the button "View on carrier site"
Look at the Shipping Details or Summary area. You will often see a second number labeled as "LMN", "Local Tracking," or "Delivery Number."
Copy this number and paste it into Google to identify the local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, etc.).
? Pro Tip: You can also paste your original tracking number into [17Track.net] or [ParcelsApp.com]. These sites automatically link the original number to the local delivery carrier (Last-mile) for you!
3. Why you need the Last-Mile info
The original carrier cannot help once the package is in your city. You must contact the local carrier for:
Changing delivery instructions (gate codes, "leave at back door").
Rescheduling a missed delivery.
Confirming the exact drop-off location if the status says "Delivered" but you don't see the box.
4. When to contact Wanderprints?
Reach out to us at support@wanderprints.com if:
You cannot find any Last-mile tracking number.
The local carrier confirms the package is lost or returned to sender.
Tracking has been stuck for more than 10 business days without a local handover.
