Tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it

Modified on Sat, 14 Mar at 3:29 AM

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors first. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered 24 hours before they actually arrive. If you still can't find it after a day, contact us at support@wanderprints.com so we can assist with a claim.

1. First, take these 3 quick steps

Before contacting support, most "missing" packages are found by following these steps:

  • Check the "Safe Places": Look around your porch, garage, under stairs, or behind large plants. Carriers often hide packages to prevent theft.

  • Ask Your Household/Neighbors: Check if a family member, roommate, or neighbor picked it up for you without mentioning it.

  • Wait 24 Hours: Some carriers (like USPS or DHL) occasionally scan a package as "Delivered" when it reaches the local post office, but the actual delivery happens the next day.

2. Check the Shipping Address

Go back to your Order Confirmation email and verify the shipping address.

  • If there was a small typo (e.g., wrong apartment number), the package might be at the building's main office or a central mailroom.

3. Contact the Local Carrier

The local post office or courier will have the most accurate information (and often GPS coordinates) of exactly where the package was dropped off.

  • USPS: Contact your local post office directly.

  • DHL/FedEx: Use their online "Missing Package" tool with your tracking number.

4. When to Contact Wanderprints Support

If you have completed the steps above and 24 hours have passed since the "Delivered" status appeared:

  1. Email us at support@wanderprints.com.

  2. Provide your Order ID and a brief note that you've checked with neighbors and the carrier.

  3. Our team will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will discuss Replacement options with you.

5. [IMPORTANT] Reporting Deadline

Please report missing "Delivered" packages within 7 days of the marked delivery date. After this window, carriers often close their investigation files, making it difficult for us to file a claim on your behalf.
