1. Check the time policy for modification first
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If your order is still within the policy period, the next step is to visit the mentioned link and choose this "For problems with your order" section
3. Create a ticket for your request
When accessing the form, make sure to provide accurate information regarding your order. Select the reason as "Modify/Edit an order I just placed" to indicate your request:
4. Choose a specific change for your order
After that, you'll find a drop-down list of modification options to select the specific changes you want.
In case you want to provide us with more details about your request or some photos to demonstrate it, you can use the "Description" or "Attachment" field.
5. Allow more time to make changes to an order
For modification orders, the production time is expanded by 1-2 days. We can not guarantee to deliver your order in a timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design, especially during the holiday season.

6. Submit the ticket
After reviewing and making sure all the information you entered is correct, the last step is to click on the "Submit" button.
After the form was submitted, you'll see a notification below, indicating that your submission has been received and the order will be processed as requested.
NOTE: We will only inform you within 48 hours in case your request needs more information.
