The tracking information for my order hasn’t been updated in several days. Is there something wrong?

Your package's tracking information hasn't been updated recently for several reasons, including:

1. The shipment might still be en route between two facilities.

This may occur during times of high traffic (such as holidays), during periods of extreme weather, or when a delivery chain component goes on strike, please wait between 3 - 5 days before checking again. 

2. Your package is being delayed at customs

Your package may simply be delayed in customs if your tracking information indicates that the package has arrived in your nation but offers no more details. This frequently happens during the Christmas season when there is an increase in the number of packages being sent. Please wait up to 48 hours for updating information. 

3. Your destination doesn't have a tracking system in place. 

Some smaller or rural post offices don't have a tracking system available or don't input the data on the packages they handle or receive. if you think this might apply to your package, please wait between 3 - 5 days before checking again.

4. Your package is lost

It's possible that your shipment is lost if the tracking information is incomplete or inaccurate (for example, if it shows a location other than the one you are supposed to be traveling to), or it hasn't been updated in more than 10 days, it is possible that your package is lost.

Please contact us with the detail of your order on contact us and we will open an official inquiry with the delivery courier or provide a replacement for your lost package if it cannot be retrieved.
