When will my order process and ship?

All items in our store are made-to-order, which means that these prints are only made for you. Therefore, it may take a little bit more time to process than usual.

•  Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days. A tracking number will be updated for you via email as soon as we finish processing and handling it with the post office.

•  Shipping time: 

  • Delivery time is about 5-12 business days for the USA (Longer outside the USA). For further information, please kindly refer to the shipping time frame. For US Orders, approximately 99% of orders are delivered punctually.
  • For International orders, around 97% are delivered on time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by customs-related delays. Delivery time is about 7-12 business days.


*NOTE: We also have two options for Expedited Shipping

- Express Shipping: The item will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production is completed. This item cannot be shipped to a Po Box.

- 2-DAY Shipping: The item will be delivered within 2 business days after production is completed. This item cannot be shipped to a Po Box.

Expedited Shipping is now available for Mug and Apparel (T-shirt, Hoodie,...) orders within the US domestic.

Please note:

  1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
  2. Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
  3. For modification orders, the production time is expanded by 1-2 days.  
  4. Shipping time does not include our 3-7 business days for processing time
  5. For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
  6. A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
  7. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
  8. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
