1. Missing information for required options
The presence of an asterisk (*) next to certain options indicates that they are mandatory, and you must complete those fields by providing the required information.
*What happens if you do not fill in these options?
=> You cannot see the preview: the notice announcement will pop up and the required information will appear next to the options
=> In this case, you have to fill in this information
*What if you do not want to add a custom name?
=> You can leave a blank space in these fields. To do it, you can press the space bar without typing any text in the designated area.
2. System error
Unfortunately, there are still some unanticipated system glitches that may prevent you from seeing a preview of your order. The most common issue is that the preview button keep spinning
To resolve this problem, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If this is the case, try placing your order using a different device or browse.
