1. The 2-Hour Cancellation Policy
Because our products are personalized and handcrafted, we move fast!
Within 2 Hours: Cancellation is guaranteed and a full refund will be issued.
After 2 Hours: Your order is sent to our printing and production facility. At this stage, materials have been used, and we cannot cancel or refund your order.
2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
On Desktop (PC):
Scroll down to the Footer of the website.
Under the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" column, click on Contact Us.
Fill in your details and select the Subject: "I need to cancel my order I just placed".
Click Submit.
On Mobile Phone:
Tap the Menu (three lines) at the top left corner.
Tap on Track Order or scroll to the bottom for Contact Us.
Choose the correct cancellation subject from the dropdown menu.
Enter your Order ID and tap Submit.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your cancellation is confirmed via email:
Your refund will be processed immediately.
The funds usually appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

To ensure your request is handled within the 2-hour limit:
Official Channel ✓: Only use the Contact Us form or email support@wanderprints.com.
Warning ✘: Do NOT request cancellations via Facebook/Instagram comments or by replying to marketing newsletters. These channels are not monitored for urgent requests.
